Case Study: Regents University Family Fun Day

A client wanted a venue in Central London to host a family fun day on a budget. After viewing 4 venues they decided on Regents parks York Lawn and Marquee which provided the perfect space for 300 guests.

This lush green space allowed plenty of room for entertainment including a bouncy castle, table tennis, giant garden games and a gaming van which meant that there was something for everyone and all guests were able to get involved in the fun.

Guests enjoyed delicious pizza and BBQ service whilst continuing the excitement with a walk-about digital caricaturist. There was also plenty of good music and refreshments available such as an ice cream truck and a pick n mix stand in service throughout the whole event.
